Our Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Prepare Your Package

Repack your items securely in the original packaging with all tags included.

Ship It Back

We’ll send you a prepaid return label. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping partner.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? No problem! Zawilox offers free exchanges on all eligible items. Simply select “Exchange” when requesting your return.
